| As defined
by the International Naturist Federation, Naturism is a way of life in harmony with nature
characterized by the practice of communal nudity with the intention of encouraging self respect, respect for others and for the environment. |
We all born naked, not with clothes.
Nudity is something only "cultural"; in some countries, nudity is normal, it is not sex, just freedom.
Of course, clothes are a good thing... when it is cold ,
and naturism is easier in warm countries...
But even in Finland, when they go to sauna, they don't imagine doing it with bathing suits... it would destroy the pleasure of feeling your body.

Is there a better way to enjoy the great outdoors than doing it while nude? I think not...
But, experience it for yourself first-hand... warming sun, cooling breezes ...
Being nude in the sun is the most relaxing thing I have ever done.

Who is a nudist, and why go nude anyway. Firstly, let us try and define a nudist. The dictionary states that nudism is a cult of living nude for the sake of health. I
believe that any person who goes naked about the house or garden, on the beach, or at the clubs can be called a nudist.
Because of our involvement in society very few of us can be called a nudist, bat there are many people who spend a
great deal of their leisure time naked.
Why go nude? My immediate reply to this question is to answer with another question. Why not? Five minutes on a free beach leaves most people wondering what all the fuss is about. Everyone seems so natural and relaxed.
People undress and dress with complete unconcern. Gone is the need to continually adjust
these little scraps of material to get maximum suntan and still keep
"forbidden" parts covered.
If you are nudist you will already know the physical and mental relaxation it provides. The pleasure of swimming,
sun baking and playing games without clothes has to be experienced to be appreciated. If you are not a nudist then what more can I do then recommend that you give it a try! |
